Sean Bonner has realised a very important dream:

A purple My Little Pony figurine with a fuchsia mane. A soldering iron emerges from its forehead, pointing just to the right of the camera.

What else have unicorns been up to? Where else have unicorns been a critical technological tool?

Looks like Facebook is doing a pants check:

” “Please upload a government-issued ID to this report and make sure that your full name, date of birth, and photo are clear. You should also black out any personal information that is not needed to verify your identity (e.g., social security number).”

“If you do not have access to a scanner, a digital image of your photo ID will be accepted as well. Rest assured that we will permanently delete your ID from our servers once we have used it to verify the authenticity of your account.” ”

Nothing like the Kyriarchy coming around to make sure everyone is binary compliant.

And here I thought converting a My Little Pony into a zombie was a brilliant idea. (I have this friend who wrote a zombie novel, and loves MLPs…it is something I am considering doing In My Copious Free Time, when I get that amazing round Tuit.)

Morning (or rather, early afternoon) annoyance: I ran across this in Google reader this morning. It makes me sad the Privilege Denying Dude meme is down, because that footnote wouldn’t even need to be edited. (I’m not a web designer or developer, but my rather nebulous job as “web site manager” overlaps with both and it set off my must-grump-to-someone radar.)

Mini rant over with, I feel better now! I’m a long time lurker, hello!
