Hi, I’m Siobhan, the founder of SHEHIVE. I’m a wellness coach, a paramedic, and a former military professional, and I’m incredibly passionate about helping women get active, feel empowered and achieve their wellbeing goals.
SHEHIVE is a local project in Brentford, West London, to create a space where women can come together, have fun, and get moving without any pressure.
The walking football sessions are all about keeping things friendly, fun, and non-competitive. There are no referees—just a chance to enjoy the game, stay active, and have a laugh. I’ll be there at every session to make sure things run smoothly and that everyone feels comfortable and supported.
Outside of the sessions, there'll be an online Facebook community and live webinars, where you can set your intentions, connect with others, and work on making healthy lifestyle changes. Whether you’re looking to get fitter, lose weight, build new habits, or just find a supportive group of like-minded women, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
